Strategy: question-led content
Instead of starting with the product, each post starts with a feeling or a fit problem the audience already has, and positions Yosheno as the answer.
Social Media Marketing case study
Yosheno makes affordable everyday bras and camisoles for women. Innerwear is personal, so the brand needed content that talks about fit and comfort with empathy, not just product shots. We built a question-led content system and scheduled it like clockwork.
Innerwear shoppers have real questions: will it spill, will it show, will it last all day? Most brand feeds answer with flat product shots. Yosheno, the innerwear label from knitwear manufacturer Colors India, sells everyday bras from ₹160 to ₹475 on its own store and needed an Instagram that sounds like a friend who gets it.
The brief: speak openly but tastefully about fit and comfort, make an affordable range feel considered and premium, and send shoppers to yosheno.com, consistently.
Every post opens with the shopper's own question, then answers it with the product.
Instead of starting with the product, each post starts with a feeling or a fit problem the audience already has, and positions Yosheno as the answer.
A seven-post series that reframes everyday comfort.
'Tired of spilling out of your cups?' for the push-up full-coverage bra, and 'Swipe to reveal your everyday essentials' carousels from everyday bras to camisoles.
A soft lavender and pastel palette, serif-and-sans headline hooks, lifestyle model imagery and flat-lay product grids, with the Yosheno wordmark top-right.
Posts are produced in batches and scheduled ahead (for example, created on 26 August and published on 2 September), going out in morning and evening slots: 12 posts in 13 days.
Captions close with a 'SHOP NOW: yosheno.com' call to action, a keyword line and a tight hashtag set.
Four posts from the grid.

Yosheno now has a recognisable, empathetic voice and a content system that can be planned weeks ahead.
